Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges unless  there is an error on our part in which you must notify us immediately upon receiving your order.

Shipping

With our high volume of customers our products take 2-5 business days for shipment. However, there are some occasions where we can process your order the next day and sometimes the same day.

Backordered Items

If an item is on backorder, we will ship the in-stock items first. When your backordered item arrives at the warehouse we will ship them to you with no additional shipping charge.
