We want to assure you that we are taking the health and safety of our clients, and our employees very seriously as we continue to opperate the salon. There are many new safety precautions and sanitation measures that have been implemented. Below is an overview of what you can expect when you visit us for your appointment.

Your provider may reach out to you in advance with more specific information relevant to you and your upcoming service.
  • EVERYONE is required to wear a mask while at the salon. Your provider may also be wearing eye protection for further safety precautions.
  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow  time for check-in.
  • Please come to your appointment alone (no extra guests or children).

  • Upon arrival your temperature taken using a no-touch digital thermometer and you will also be asked to sign a liability waiver prior to your service. If you wish to read and print the waiver in advance, you can do so.
  • Upon arriving to the salon, we will check you in and depending on availablity have you sit in our waiting area or ask that you wait in your car to keep us all safe and continue practicing social distancing.
  • All stylists, employees, and guests will be required to wear a mask while in the salon and to wash/sanitize hands before your appointment.
  • Stylists and employees are following strict sanitation and disinfecting procedures all day long. These procedures include but are not limited to frequent hand washing, disinfecting chairs, styling stations, and tools, disinfecting door handles and knobs, restrooms, and all high touch areas. Capes and smocks are one-time use only, per client.
  • Your stylist may ask you to keep your personal items to a minimum and may ask you to disinfect your phone (or any other items sitting out) with a wipe.
  • Hugging and handshaking and anything other than the required contact to provide your service should be avoided at this time.
  • Please come prepared to pay immediately after your service is completed. To keep traffic low, please avoid traveling to the bank after service is rendered. If you need an accurate quote before your appointment, please check your confirmation email or call the salon at 667.212.4972. No additional services can be added during your appointment time, please book accordingly.
If you have an underlying health condition, please let us know so we can accommodate you. In addition, if you have been ill or around someone who has been ill, please wait 14 days to reschedule your appointment.
