What is your cancellation policy?
We do not accept cancellations. Before finalizing your purchase, please ensure that you have selected the correct item, size, color, ect.
How do I return or exchange an item?
At SKYNSENSE, we’re committed to helping keep our customers safe during this difficult time.
Due to the nature of our products, we will no longer accept any returns or exchanges unless it was an error on our part in which you must notify us immediately upon receiving your order.
Can I return or exchange a sale item?
We do not accept returns for sale items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
How do I contact Customer Service?
Please email us using the CONTACT button. Please allow 48 hrs (during business days) for a reply from a staff member. Be sure to include all relevant information like your order number, name of product, and issue so we can better assist you.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently ship internationally.
What types of Payment do you accept? - All Standard Payments.
We accept all Payments by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
What if the item I ordered arrived broken or damaged?
We'll make it up to you in the case that it does. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item, please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you.
What if I never received my package?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.
Where do you ship from?
Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States.
Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless how far they go.
